The lab noticed lots of new chicken places and we decided it was time to start trying them. So, over Summer 2021, HCAT lab carried out a “Summer of Chicken.” We would gather once a week and try different chicken places. It was a nice way to eat chicken, try new restaurants, and chat about our work.

Summer of Chicken was such a hit that we are thinking about returning to it in Spring 2022. If the pandemic allows, then we will have a Spring of Chicken or Spring Chicken.
